Bank Linth, the largest regional bank in Eastern Switzerland, is now holding its Annual General Meeting using NIMBUS GV. The solution includes electronic voting units, a remote electronic voting platform and all the services companies need for planning and carrying out physical or virtual General Assemblies.

The revised Swiss company law will allow shareholders to attend a digital Annual General Meeting and also to vote digitally in real time. Swiss Shareholder Solutions & Services provider Nimbus enhances its Solutions Suite by adding Nimbus Direct Voting.

Hybrid Annual General Meetings with Direct Voting in Switzerland

In the revised Swiss company law, hybrid General Assemblies will be regarded as legally compliant. NIMBUS Direct Voting is a subsystem within the NIMBUS Solutions Suite and enables shareholders to vote digitally in real time, for example in combination with an Annual General Meeting where shareholders are also physically present on site.
