St. Galler Kantonalbank and Nimbus have been highly professional partners and friends since the bank’s IPO in 2001

Joe Meier, Share Register Manager, and Marco Neuhaus, General Meeting Project Manager, are retiring. Nimbus has had the privilege of working with both of them for many years. They were one of the reasons why the Nimbus team has always felt part of the SGKB family. We would like to wish Joe and Marco an exciting “restless retirement” and extend a warm welcome to Thomas Henkel and Remo Weiersmüller. We are looking forward to our cooperation!

St. Galler Kantonalbank went public in 2001 and Nimbus has supported the bank since then in managing its share register and preparing and carrying out its Annual General Meetings. Since 2015, approximately 4000 voting devices have been used each year at every one of SGKB’s General Assemblies. They ensure the voting and election results are transmitted quickly and precisely. A mandate that started with the transfer of data from the share register has grown into a partnership-based, trusting cooperation to this day.

Consistent cooperation is one of Nimbus’ trademarks. For years, many clients have been relying on the leading shareholder solutions and services provider’s expertise, commitment and solutions. The partners know each other, growing and facing new challenges together, as was the case when it was suddenly necessary to transition from physical to electronic General Assemblies during the pandemic.

Mutual inspiration leads to success when both partners are pulling in the same direction. For Marco Neuhaus, organizing the AGM together with Nimbus was his “wellness project”, while Joe Meier called co-organizing the Annual General Meeting “the highlight of the year”. This makes us very happy and shows that the Nimbus team and its performance are capable of inspiring enthusiasm.
