Asga wanted the event platform to have a modern design and to be compliant with its bespoke visual identity. Nimbus customized the ShApp Portal entirely in line with Asga’s corporate design (including all elements of communication) and set up a simple, intuitive and completely digitized attendee process. Delegates were sent an electronic invitation with their personal login. Guests were provided with an individual code to create their own login. Registrations and cancellations were also processed digitally. Every registered individual received a confirmation by mail, including a personal QR code for accessing the event.
Hassle-free access and overall transparency
On the day of the assembly, attendees were identified at the entrance gates via their QR codes. For every attendee, the system can detect whether they may access the event, if they have voting rights, and whether they should be handed a voting device. Guests were welcomed onsite by Asga employees: a precious opportunity to establish personal contacts and maintain relationships. The Nimbus team had previously issued instructions to the staff at the gates and was of course present all through the event in order to offer their support in case of questions or special situations.
