What services can Nimbus offer to support associations?

Nimbus employees assist associations, from planning to technical implementation and the meeting’s execution. They provide their support to the extent required by the association, including the following modules: project management, delivery and setup of the voting technology and direction, on-site or digital assistance. This enables the association’s board to focus on content.

Does voting electronically require specific IT knowledge?

The voting devices are intuitive to use and the platform is designed in such a way that participants with little technical knowledge can go through the process. The technology supports single and collective votes, electoral lists, as well as individual propositions, and calculates and displays the results within mere seconds.

Can the Nimbus system adapt to associations’ specific structures?

The system’s user interface, language, CI/CD and processes are customized to the requirements of the individual association. Nimbus’ offer includes modular invitation, registration and participation processes, as well as developing an interface to the association’s system if required. This guarantees that communications between an association and its members are exchanged smoothly, simply and resource-efficiently.
