Nimbus Advisory Board

A newly created body to provide strategic support to the Board of the Directors and the Management team

Technology provider Nimbus is well known for its continuous development, both in software and in Corporate Governance. Creating an Advisory Board is therefore a natural step towards extending and modernizing the company’s strategic orientation.

Main tasks of the Nimbus Advisory Board

The body appointed as per 15 November 2022 supports Nimbus AG in matters associated with corporate law and socio-political topics. A special focus lies on all questions related to exercising membership rights within stock corporations, cooperatives, associations, condominium owners’ federations, municipalities, etc. In addition, the Board’s members spread the «Nimbus» brand among the stakeholder community. The Nimbus Advisory Board complements the relevant activities of the Board of Directors and Senior Management with the aim of strengthening the company’s market position.

A strong team

Dr. Felix Horber, a lawyer, holds a PhD in Law and an Executive Master of European and International Business Law from St. Gallen University where he lectures on Corporate Governance. He is a Secretary General with Swiss Re, a member of the Zug Supreme Court and has written several books and articles. Dr. Felix Horber is the Nimbus Advisory Board’s president.

Hansjörg Stucki is the founder of Nimbus AG and delegate of its Board of Directors. He has been shaping the world of public limited companies and cooperatives, as well as the relevant stakeholder solutions and services, since 1982. He founded Nimbus AG in 1991 and has driven the digitization of all services associated with share register management and the execution of Annual General Meetings ever since.

Dr. Stefan Müller, a lawyer and notary, holds a PhD in Law. He has been accompanying Nimbus AG since its creation and advises it in all legal aspects. He points out: “Anyone who masters the interplay between legal requirements and technological possibilities will succeed in this market.”

All three members of the Nimbus Advisory Board will jointly assist the company with their experience and expertise.
